Troop 18 visits many different camp sites throughout the year, depending on whether they are biking, hiking, rock climbing in Devil’s Lake, caving, canoeing down the Wisconsin River or working on their camping skills.  Camp Sol R. Crown in Wilmot, Wisconsin, is just a 45-minute drive from Winnetka.

Each summer Troop 18 heads up to the Ma-Ka-Ja-Wan Scout Reservation in July, where Scouts can work on merit badges such as Swimming, Sailing, Canoeing, Environmental Science, Rifle Shooting, Archery, and Wilderness Survival.  They can also just hang out, read a book, and enjoy the out-of-doors with their friends.
